I’ve bought and sold a home within 4 months with Kris . Life happens and sometimes things don’t pan out like you planned . Kris was there every step of the way. I was coming from the gta and a lot of the times. I couldn’t make it out to Windsor during the buying and selling process ,but Kris stepped in , by doing virtual walk throughs , meeting with contractors, repair men , assisting me in grabbing items I left behind during the move . He really went over and beyond and never made me feel like I was a bother. Always positive and professional.
