Kris was friendly super friendly and responsive and accommodating. I was able to find a great place to start with his help. As a first time buyer he was able to answer all of my questions and direct me to help where necessary . He was able to share his expertise in the area since I was relocating to the Windsor metro area and even showed me a few good food spots. Gave good insights about the different neighborhoods of Windsor. Would highly suggest anyone to Kris in the Windsor Essex Area! We chanced upon Kris on facebook and boy were we lucky! Kris is a godsend – honest, earnest, straightforward and someone who looks out for you sincerely putting your interest over his. He was more of friend and less of an agent. We don’t know what we would have done if it wasn’t for Kris.

Here is our experience. We are based out of the states and were interested in moving to Canada into our very own house. We have never lived in a house – we’ve only rented apartments. When we say we didn’t know the home buying process, we mean it, let alone buying a house in a foreign country.

Kris spoke to us and the first word that he ever said was a reassuring “of course” you can buy a house. I mistook him to be the run-of-the mill salesperson trying to push his listing but we couldn’t have been any more wrong. Kris found out about our situation and pointed to his trusted contacts to take care of the financing. He walked us through the whole process step-by-step and answering the most basic, and sometime dumb questions always cheerfully and always patiently. He showed us ALL of the houses we wanted. He made sure the schedules matched ours because we could only do weekends. He went the extra mile to show everything to our satisfaction. He inspected the properties for us and looked for obvious signs of repair and water damage and things that could need immediate attention.

Until all was done and when we were ready to put an offer in was only when he asked us to even sign a service agreement. I got to know later that this was something that realtors usually do as the first part of the process because that gives them exclusivity. Like I said his interest always took a backseat.

He happened to have a vacation planned while we were still working on offers and looking at houses and he made sure we were taken care of by his colleagues and kept talking to me while he was out of the country and answered every text within minutes. Where else can you find this kind of a dedication to his work.

Finally, we ended buying our first home working with Kris. Kris made sure we did not overpay – he infact asked us to lower the offer and saved us a bunch of money. Now given the COVID condition, since I am out of the country, he offered to setup internet services and even offered to buy us groceries while we self-quarantined! Saying this is above and beyond anybody his call of duty is an understatement! It brings a tear to my eye when I write this because we were worried that we knew nobody in the area to help us out in this trying times and Kris has convinced us otherwise.
